Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time. Open Pricing in TOM AI, tap "Manage or cancel billing", and follow the steps on Stripe's secure billing page. You will not be charged again after cancelling.

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you are never charged, and you keep access until the trial end date.

All TOM AI subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including initial purchases, renewals, unused allowances, and partially used billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

TOM AI provides immediate access to digital services and AI-generated materials upon successful payment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not refund payments already made. You retain access through the end of your current paid billing period. After that, paid features stop. Your saved work stays in your Library.
